How can I contact Myskvill? You can email us at info@myskvill.com, where our customer service team will be happy to help you with anything you need!

Can I modify or cancel my order? Since we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund once it is received.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), and Paypal payments.

When will my order be processed? All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. During holidays and sales seasons, please allow additional time for your order to be processed. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing.

How long does it take to receive my order? Once you place your order, allow 1-5 business days for your orders to be processed. After that, delivery takes 7-14 business days.

Where can I find my Track and Trace code? On this page, you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.

The Track and Trace code shows no information, why is that? The Track and Trace information becomes available once your package has arrived at the postal service. Please note there may be some delay in the information being available.

What if I don't receive my order? If you do not receive your order within 25 business days, you are eligible for a full refund.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? Yes. You can return any order within 14 days.

How do I return an item? If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition with labels and tags intact. The product must not show any signs of use. A return must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. Once we have received the items you returned, we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our control. Request your return form via our customer service.

What if the items I received are defective/incorrect/damaged? Contact us if you have received a product that is incorrect, missing, or defective. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and any related references upon receipt of your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
