Returns
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with labels and tags intact. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our control.

Refunds
Once the product is received, it will be exchanged as soon as possible, or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
Cancellations
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If you have paid for your order and wish to modify or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be canceled.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact our customer service.
Terms
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and personal care products (including perfume) are not covered by Myskvills return policy due to hygiene reasons. These products cannot be returned and will not be processed. Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
Custom-made items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Items that are not custom-made can be returned if all conditions are met.
Provide a tracking number for the return (at your own expense).
Email a photo of the tracking number on the day of shipping.
The return form must be printed and included in the package.
The product must be sent back in unused condition.
The product must be delivered in its original packaging.
The product will be inspected for damage caused by the customer; sending a damaged product due to your own fault will not be processed.
